Two things we hold dear at Spiced Roots are the quality and authenticity of our offering. Our expertly crafted food menu showcases a New World envisioning of classic dishes from across the Caribbean region, whilst introducing new and innovative plates. These are put together in an authentic Caribbean Style, using the highest quality, fresh, locally and responsibly sourced ingredients.

Our cocktails reflect the best in Rum, taking influence from long held West Indian drinking traditions. For the discerning Rum drinker, our constantly evolving Sipping Rum selection highlights the best the Caribbean has to offer. Our Wine List consists entirely of New World wines, perfectly pairing with our menu.

Our specialist Rum Bar has been expertly curated by Jordan Allison, offering the best in Caribbean Rums and exquisite Rum Cocktails. We also offer a range of Caribbean Beers and New World Wines.

Spiced Roots is available for private and corporate event catering.
Our expert team will ensure that only the highest quality food and drinks are served to your guests, bringing that extra special authentic Caribbean touch. We can cater small to large gatherings and anything in between, bringing the sights, smells and flavours of the West Indies to your chosen setting. The Spiced Roots pop up experience is unlike any other and can fit in to the most formal or relaxed events. On top of our food and bar offerings, we are able to engage your guests in interactive Rum Tasting and Cocktail Master Class sessions, hosted by our head barman Jordan Allison. Caribbean music can also be provided to bring even more of an Island flair.
